KBIS 2026 Exhibitor List: What 1,031 Brands Tell You About the Industry

A thousand-plus exhibitors makes KBIS one of the largest annual trade shows in the building-products and design space. The South Hall at KBIS 2026 ran 651 booths — more than half the entire show — and historically concentrates cabinetry, hardware, and kitchen-product brands. The West Hall runs appliance, fixture, and materials suppliers. The Rosen Centre at OCCC (connected by skywalk) hosted a mix of specialty and software vendors.

For a cabinet showroom owner, the practical implication is that without a plan, two full days of walking won't cover the floor. Among the ~528 exhibitors we profiled in depth, at least 68 were first-timers — a good reason to scan new sections early on day one rather than only revisiting known vendors.

The official exhibitor list for KBIS 2027 will appear on kbis.com once companies confirm and booth assignments are set — typically a few months before the February show. The portal lets you filter by product category and request meetings directly with exhibitors.

The workflow that pays off for cabinet and showroom buyers:

1. Filter by your categories — cabinetry, hardware, countertops, or software, depending on where your showroom has gaps.
2. Shortlist 20–30 companies. More is noise; fewer means you miss vendors worth knowing.
3. Request meetings through the portal before you fly. Popular exhibitors fill their meeting slots weeks before the show opens.

Your KBIS registration also admits you to the International Builders' Show, which runs simultaneously as Design & Construction Week. The IBS exhibitor list is managed separately by the NAHB on buildersshow.com — two portals, one badge, both floors at the Las Vegas Convention Center in 2027.

KBIS 2027 returns to the Las Vegas Convention Center. Based on our prior exhibiting years (2023, 2025, and 2026) plus attendance in 2024, the hall concentration patterns repeat between Vegas editions: cabinetry and kitchen-product brands cluster in the South Hall, technology and design-software vendors lean toward the West and North halls.
