Who We Serve · Flooring Stores

20 booked in-home estimates in 90 days. Or you don’t pay.

The big boxes win on awareness, not on trust. We put your store in front of homeowners at the moment they measure the room — and book the estimate before the orange apron does.

20 in 90 days
A full estimate calendar

20 booked in-home estimates in 90 days — homeowners with rooms measured, a project in mind, and a timeline that puts installation in the next few months.

Ready to install
Your estimator selling floors, not screening calls

Every in-home estimate arrives pre-qualified on rooms, product tier, and timeline. Your estimator shows up to sell the floor — not discover the homeowner wanted carpet for $800.

Or you don't pay
Zero risk on your side

20 booked in-home estimates in 90 days, or you don't pay our fee. We carry the risk; you keep the install calendar full.

The three ways flooring stores lose the install.

01
Free-estimate forms that ghost you

Half the forms never answer the phone. The rest wanted a ballpark on LVP and never planned to let anyone in. Your installer sits in the van Tuesday morning, payroll burning, schedule empty.

02
Big-box installs set your price

Home Depot and Lowe’s run installs as a loss leader for foot traffic. You can’t match their LVP price and shouldn’t try. When your ad looks identical — same stock photo, same ‘free estimate’ line — nobody calls you instead.

03
Measures that go nowhere

Your estimator drives forty minutes, measures every room, and works up LVP, tile, and hardwood options — then the homeowner ghosts after day two. No callback, no signature. You donated a workday and a tank of gas to a bid-collector.

Stop handing the kitchen to whoever answers second.

Owners like you, on the record.

Our flooring proof comes from the same in-home-estimate engine we run for kitchen & cabinet clients — here’s Kitchen Design Center’s experience.

Booked in-home estimates that actually happen.

A homeowner replacing carpet in three bedrooms isn’t adding to a cart — they’re inviting a stranger in to measure rooms and talk money. The whole sale hinges on whether they feel confident enough to book the in-home estimate and be home when your estimator knocks.

A trust decision, not an impulse

That’s a trust decision, not an impulse, and agencies that sell you clicks miss it entirely.

Answer before Home Depot does

Buyers research for weeks: LVP versus engineered hardwood, tile for the entry, subfloor prep, how long they’ll be walking on plywood. Your marketing has to answer those questions before Home Depot’s does, then make the estimate feel like the obvious next step, not a commitment to buy.

Locked into the calendar

‘Near me’ search when they’re ready, room-transformation ads with financing, and an estimator locked in with confirmations and reminders. Seven years and sixty-plus cabinet and home-improvement clients taught us how to move someone from ‘thinking about it’ to ‘the estimator’s coming Thursday at 2.’

How we keep the estimate calendar full.

1
Radius & season audit

Demand by product line and month, mapped against big-box coverage gaps in your service area.

2
Campaigns live by day 7

‘Near me’ search ads plus room-transformation Meta ads with financing offers — built on what your buyers actually search.

3
Estimates booked & confirmed daily

AI qualifies rooms, product and timeline, then locks the in-home visit with confirmation and reminder sequences.

Cheapest-Price-Wins Operators

If your whole model is undercutting big-box LVP pricing, this won’t fix a margin problem. We send homeowners who value selection and expertise — not bottom-dollar shoppers.

Stores With No Estimator Capacity

No estimator who can measure within a few days of booking? Those appointments go stale. We need you ready to show up when the homeowner is.

Not Ready to Answer the Phone

If a booked homeowner calls and nobody picks up within a few hours, they move on. We get them to raise their hand — your team has to grab it.

Questions owners ask before they call.

How much does flooring marketing like this cost per month?

Programs run $2,500–$10,000/month depending on your market size, how many service areas you cover, and which channels we deploy. Larger metro areas with more competition typically require more spend to maintain volume. We’ll scope your specific market before quoting so you’re not guessing.

Will this work in my market if there are already five flooring stores in town?

Competition actually helps. It means homeowners in your area are actively searching for flooring options — the demand exists. The problem is usually that every store looks the same online. We position your store as the clear choice for homeowners who want more than a big-box install experience, which is most of them once they start researching.

Do you work with other flooring stores in my area?

We limit the number of clients per market so your campaigns aren’t competing against another store we also serve. During our initial call we’ll confirm whether your area is available. If we already have a client in your market, we’ll tell you upfront rather than waste your time.

What counts as a "qualified booked appointment" for a flooring store?

A homeowner who has confirmed a specific date and time for an in-home estimate, has a real flooring project they want quoted (not just "browsing"), and has verified their address and contact info. If someone books and then no-shows without rescheduling, that doesn’t count toward your guaranteed 20.

What if the homeowner wants a single-room job, not a whole-home project?

You’ll get a mix. Some will be full-house remodels, some will be a kitchen and two bathrooms, some will be one living room. We filter for homeowners with real projects, but we don’t screen out smaller jobs unless you tell us to — because a single-room LVP install often turns into "while you’re here, what would the bedrooms cost" once your estimator is in the house.

What happens if you don't hit 20 booked estimates in 90 days?

You don’t pay. That’s the guarantee. We keep working at no cost to you until we deliver. We structured it this way because we’ve done this across 60-plus clients over seven-plus years and we know what the system produces. If we didn’t hit the number, we’d deserve to eat the cost — and we do.
